Is Kleonote free?
You can start recording and transcribing for free. Kleonote Pro unlocks unlimited recordings, longer notes, and AI summaries on every note. You can manage or cancel anytime from the App Store.
What languages does it transcribe?
Kleonote transcribes 40+ languages out of the box, including English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, and Mandarin. The model auto-detects, or you can pin a language per note.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell, share, or use your content for advertising or to train AI models. You can delete your account and all data from inside the app at any time.
Do I need to be online?
You can record offline — Kleonote queues notes and transcribes them as soon as you reconnect. Audio playback and reading previously transcribed notes work fully offline.
Can I export my notes?
Yes. Every note can be copied as plain text or shared from the share sheet. Audio files are available too, so nothing is locked inside Kleonote.
How accurate is the transcription?
In quiet conditions and a clear microphone, accuracy is typically 95%+ for major languages. Background noise, strong accents, or technical jargon will lower that — you can always edit transcripts.
