My transcription is wrong or missing words.

Tap the transcript to edit any line manually. If you record in a noisy environment, try moving closer to the microphone or selecting the correct language in note settings — auto-detection can struggle with accents or short clips.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store, tap your profile photo, then Subscriptions. Find Kleonote and tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

In Kleonote, open Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I delete my account?

Open Kleonote > Settings > Delete Account. This removes your audio, transcripts, and profile from our servers. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.

I lost access after switching iPhones.

Sign in with the same account you used originally and your notes will sync down. If the new device is empty, give it a minute on Wi-Fi — large audio files take longer.

The app crashed.

Email [email protected] with a short description of what you were doing and your iPhone model. If you can attach a screen recording, that helps us reproduce the issue faster.
